From their inception, the aviation and travel industries in
Bangladesh have developed steadily and have arrived in its
current mature state. Dhaka being a major hub in Southeast
Asia, has attracted many foreign air carriers as its destination.
Moreover, while experiencing a steady economic growth, the
country has also paved the way for the emergence of several
local carriers.
Bangladesh’s ‘Open Sky’ policy has resulted in more and
more airlines operating to and from here, resulting in the
travel industry to expand in leaps and bounds. As a result, a
strong demand has grown for skilled people to run the mentioned
two industries effectively and to take them to the next level.
Veterans from several airlines who feel the urgent need for
human resource development in the aviation and tourism
