Jannah Estate is a sole proprietorship project with a Sole Trader Real Estate Trade Licence, issued by the City Corporation in Sylhet, Bangladesh. The land to build Jannah Estate was acquired after a strict systematic procedure of scrutiny of the land deeds, supporting deeds and documents by a team of lawyers and officials. The land is solely owned and free from any legal or local disputes whatsoever.

We can be legally assured of a smooth hand over upon the sale of any flat with its proportionate freehold land in Jannah Estate to its new prospective purchasers and smoothly execute the deeds of transfer and handover upon completion of the project.

For safe record keeping and securing customers payments, we only accept payments via bank transfers, bank drafts, pay orders, TT & DD made directly to Jannah Estate's Bank Account. We have a strict no cash handling policy. Jannah Estate only has one official bank signatory and account operator.

We aim to complete the construction work and project within 30 months from the date of starting the construction work.
