Durnibar Foundation is an organization unlike any of its counterparts, in that it addresses the most crucial problems plaguing the Bangladeshi society at large. We believe in having a comprehensive plan to deal with various aspects and focus on all the major problems, something that existing NGOs in Bangladesh do not have.

We focus on people who are not paid heed to by anyone else. We help those who are stripped away of their rights: rights to food, shelter, education, healthcare and all the basic necessities in life.

The bulk of our administration and effective taskforce, so to speak, comprises young students, ranging from high school students to university pupils worldwide. They come from diverse backgrounds, for our only criteria in selection is whether or not they are willing to lend a helping hand. Teachers, professors, government officials and doctors are also working with us.
