1. All the displayed Products are Original.
2.Some displayed Products might not be available in stock. In that case we will try to arrange that product according to customers demand.
3.Given Price can be changed from time to time but it will not change once order has been placed.
4. There is no return policy once product has been received by Customer successfully.

Order Policy:

1. Inbox your desired product Link/Model number to our Facebook page
2. We will check the availability of that product and share the final price with related information with Customers.
3. In case of Product unavailability we will inform you accordingly.
4. Delivery would be possible via Courier once get final order from Customers.

Payment Policy:

1. Payment method is “bKash & Cash on Delivery”.
2. In some cases customers have to pay 25% to 100% product price before delivery.
3. If we fail to deliver within mentioned time we will return back exact amount instantly.

Delivery Policy:

1. We will maintain 100% reliable delivery Channel.
2. In normal scenario delivery would be possible within 4-5 working days inside Dhaka City. Delivery time would be variable for outside Dhaka.
3. Delivery would be delayed due to some unavoidable circumstances. In that case we will update Customers time to time with delay cause.
4. Delivery Cost would be fixed depending on distance.

Return Policy:

1. There is no return policy once product has been received by Customer successfully.
2. However, in case of any unusual situation, we will replace that product.
